We are looking for installers to join our team. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, honest, detail-oriented, and committed to bringing their best to the table.

Construction experience is helpful, but not required – we are willing to train the right person. We love to promote from within, so your responsibilities will grow as you grow in knowledge and experience.

You’ll be doing window/door repairs and replacements, shop fabrication, aluminum storefront, showers, mirrors, railing systems, skylights, and much more. The opportunity to grow and learn in our trade is limitless.

Skills Needed to Win:

• Have an eye for detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Be able to lift 75 lbs. (regular lifting is required)
• Enjoy physical labor
• Have some experience with hand and power tools (helpful, but not required)
• Carpentry skills are a plus (but not required)
• Be a team-player and dependable
• Willing to learn new skills and be trained

Responsibilities include:

• Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and text)

• Effectively anticipating customer needs

• Preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices, material orders
• Assisting with scheduling field technicians
• Assisting other team members with various tasks & helping wherever needed

• Assisting with showroom sales

Skills Need to Win:

• At least (1-2) year office/clerical experience (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and editing skills
• High level of personal, written, and phone communication skills
• Be organized and able to work within deadlines
• Be analytical and able to problem-solve
• Able to work under high-pressure, sometimes demanding conditions
• Able to work independently and make decisions
• Able to work well in a team
• Having a problem-solving mindset
• Responding to feedback well and taking initiative
• Being willing and able to wear multiple “hats”
